What's happened and what's coming up?
We've Been Really Busy......
So, what have we been up to; it's been a long time since the site has had an update so we must have been busy.
Well, Vic has been over in the Netherlands again, as "Headmaster" at the Whisky Festival Noord Nederland Whisky School. On the same trip (over his 50th birthday) he was also in Budapest on a grain consultancy job.
The Lecturing is still going on at the UHI and more and more time is being spent lecturing for the EWA SQA accredited course. Vic has also just completed helping organise the Whisky School at the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival.
And private nosing and tasting sessions are still giving Vic an opportunity to enlighten many people about the delights of Scotch whisky.
So all in all we are very busy but enjoying life and work!
Edinburgh Whisky Academy

Yes, our first article in a new monthly series was published in the Northern Scot today.
We started with an article about Glen Moray Distillery, and our first recommendation of the month is the 10 year old Chardonnay Cask Matured; what a superb dram.
